According to the notices,the applicants for the 2022 China state-funded postgraduate overseas study programs will bedivided into two groups, with the application schedule unchanged and the basic requirements for eligibility and application unchanged.

It is especially reminded that the applicants for the 2022 China state-funded postgraduate overseas study programs will be divided into two groups:

First Group:Including applicants for the National Construction High-Level University Postgraduate Program (doctoral programs; joint doctoral programs funded by cooperative scholarships), applicants for the Special Program for Cultivation of Artistic Talent, andapplicants for cooperative programs between China and foreign countries. The first group of applicants should submit the application at the website of the China Scholarship Councilfrom March 10 to 31. The application for the Country and Regional Studies Talent Support Program should be submitted between March 20 and 30. The time for the submission of applications for other programs should be subject to the notice of the China Scholarship Council.The first group of applicants should submit materials for preliminary review to their colleges before March 4.

Second Group:Including applicants for National Construction High-Level University Postgraduate Program (joint doctoral programs; short-term overseas exchange program for doctoral supervisors). The second group of applicants should submit the application at the website of the China Scholarship Council from May 10 to 31.The second group of applicants should submit materials for preliminary review to their colleges before April 20.

According to the latest notice issued by the China Scholarship Council,Tongji University released theManual of Tongji University's 2022 China State-Funded Postgraduate Overseas Study Programs, including the attached forms, the list of key points for review, and summary tables. Applicants should download the attachments of this supplementary notice in time and prepare for the application according to the latest requirements.Please pay attention to the parts different from theManual of Tongji University's 2021 China State-Funded Postgraduate Overseas Study Program, and such information has beenhighlighted with yellow marks.
